Add Matrix homeserver with MatrixRTC calling support
- Synapse + PostgreSQL + coturn + LiveKit + lk-jwt-service
- Caddy entries for mtx.alogins.net, lk.alogins.net, lkjwt.alogins.net
- well-known endpoints for Matrix client/server discovery and RTC transport
- Users: admin, elizaveta, aleksandra
