Zabbix, Home-Assistant: point config/access to new lizacer repo (kb#81)

zabbix/ and haos/ dirs moved out of agap_git into the new alvis/lizacer
Gitea repo — both were stale copies left over from before Zabbix and
Home Assistant migrated to lizacer Docker. Fix the Zabbix page's Caddy
target (was localhost:81, actually 192.168.1.4:81) and both pages'
config-directory pointers.
