Replace 'TBD' in README. Initial stance: All-Rights-Reserved 2026 for the whole repo. Move packages/sdk-js/ and packages/shared-types/ to an OSS license (Apache-2.0) when the public integration SDK lands in Phase 5. Add a top-level LICENSE file and per-package LICENSE where they diverge later.
