Per-user LinUCB stats pulled from ml/serving: arm pull counts, cumulative reward, estimated mean reward per arm. Cohort compare. Bandit reset control (already wired at POST /api/admin/users/:id/reset-bandit).\n\nRequires a GET /stats/{user_id} endpoint on ml/serving that serialises the current model state.\n\nPart of the M1 admin console build sequence (step 9 of 16).
