Minimal in-browser SQL runner: text area, run button, results table. Read-only connection to a Postgres replica (or the SQLite DB in Phase 0). Saved queries stored per admin user. No DDL or writes allowed.\n\nThis feature sunsets when Superset is adopted in M4 for BI.\n\nPart of the M1 admin console build sequence (step 14 of 16).
